ManhattanRugs.com customers may choose from Basic Ground shipping, Express Ground shipping, Second Day Air, or Next Day Air shipments. Please note that only those orders shipped via Basic Ground shipping, qualify for free shipping within the contiguous U.S. Most orders are shipped via UPS Basic Ground within the U.S. and Canada and usually arrive within a few days of placing your order (5-8 business days). Custom Oriental order rugs also ship within a few days; however, these orders take 3-5 days to process before they are shipped out.

For all other shipping options, additional charges may apply. For our International customers, apart from Canadian customers, please be aware that any shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the International resident. Free Shipping for International orders (except Canada) is not available. For upgrades to the UPS Basic Ground shipping option, please contact us.

We offer free shipping on all orders shipped via UPS Regular Shipping option to addresses within the contiguous USA. There will be delivery costs when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and NWT, Nunavut (Canada).
