Manhattan Rugs offers FREE SHIPPING for all items in the U.S including Alaska and Hawaii. All of our products are located and shipped from New York via UPS. Manhattan Rugs does not ship outside U.S. Please note we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or U.S territories.

Return Policy

You may return or exchange all rugs within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with no restocking fee. The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at +1(800)877-7042 before returning your item. Please note the rug pads are non-refunding.

Our Packaging Process

We want our customers to see our step-by-step packaging process as depicted below. Please keep in mind that your product will arrive in a waterproof cover.

1. We begin by laying out the rug on a flat surface.
2. Next, we fold the long side in half.
3. Followed by another fold to the middle.
4. Then by another fold to the middle.
5. Subsequently, we begin to roll the rug, completing the rolling process.
6. The rolled rug is then placed into heavy-duty waterproof plastic wrap.
